At least I think these are dogwood trees. I need to study up on my tree species. Whatever kind of tree it is, it was in full bloom in front of the James Michael Curly mansion on the Jamaicaway.
Update: Okay, so they aren't dogwoods. It looks like they're magnolias. Thanks Adam.

Magnolias? I think dogwoods have smaller flowers.

we have one of these trees in our front yard it also have a wonderful aroma to it we have looked and looked and we just found it so what is our conclusion????? please respond to this comment on the comment wall...

Yes, these are Magnolias. They are blooming again in my neighborhood this week.
