camelia

I spent the day with my mother at camelia show, which is taking place today and tomorrow at the Arnold Aboretum.

Part of the show that I enjoyed was the traditional Chinese tea tasting, which was being hosted by the owner of the Qing Ping tea house and gallery in the South End. Interesting stuff if you're into tea (which is a variety of camelia, by the way.)
